"Das beste oder nichts" or in English, "The Best Or Nothing" tagline by Mercedes Benz. That's the mantra for the family who owns this sizeable collection (in Singapore context) over the years. From humble beginnings, their collection started out from a Japan-imported 1972 2.8 L Straight-6 280S (W115) and slowly swelled over the years to the latest and classiest 2017 3.0 L V6 Bi-Turbo S400L. In between, the popular C180 Kompressor Avantgarde, an R350L V6 and an ultra rare CL500 Coupe 5.5 L V8 NA that churns almost 400bhp.

We often treat our first cars like the best thing that has ever happened to us, pampering and spending generously on car modifications, grooming and whatnots. For Justin, he took it a little further - in a span of two short years, his level of vested modification topped 15 grand, by giving his Mazda 3 a full JDM KnightsSport kit overhaul, fitted OZ sports rims and original Akrapovic custom tailpipes, just to name a few. And for this particular shoot, we paired it with Jovin, a petite and fresh faced model to personify the car's varied peculiarity. Enjoy.

There is something about driving late at night. Words can't be explained but definitely calming and great for the soul. This is #squadgoals coming from a team of four BMW F30s. Big fans of the brand marque and even bigger fans of night drives. The shoot was conducted with the ground still damp from an evening thunderstorm, and at a time coinciding with the Marina Bay Sands light show.

For our last shoot meet before welcoming the year 2018, we hosted sg Opel Owner's Club, exclusively facilitated by authorised Opel brand dealer AutoGermany. With the brand nailing it with their recent refreshed design language, it was not surprising to see the club consisting of popular models like the Opel Astra, Sports Tourer, and the captivating compact Adam. They are stylishly designed and very well-built.

As quoted on their website, "Sculptural artistry, executed with German precision engineering expertise." It is definitely a bright future ahead for Opel and we are grateful to be presented with this opportunity to shoot for her car club. Beautiful weather, friendly people, handsome cars and a great setting at Carros Centre. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
